Our business is growing, and we strive for an excellent service level to customers. Therefore we are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic new colleague in the role of ASM for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tasks:

* Analyse the after-market structures of the dealers in your territory, in order to define the strategy and to help them to optimize their business.

* You are in charge of the after-market management (spare-parts, hygiene products, renovations) with our dealer network

* You analyse the sales performances to determine areas for growth

* Develop the concept of service and especially maintenance contracts within dealerships

* Monitor and launch promotional actions

* Train the dealers' after-sales service / technicians

* Develop the range and the sales of spare parts, accessories and hygiene products at the BouMatic dealerships

* Boost the after-market business through a close contact with our dealers by showing them the use and advantages for dairy farmers

* Become an expert in milking to advise what is best for the farmers

* Train Dealers and DSM's in troubleshooting activities related to milking systems and any chemical, hygiene, and consumable products and support the achievement of sales objectives

* Support DSM's and Dealers during the commissioning of new installations of milking robots as well as conventional milking systems

* Develop a professional relationship with key local industry influencers

* Be proficient in the use of CRM and submit reports in a timely manner, which includes Monthly Activity Plans ans Agendas and weekly and daily reports

* Participate and support company training activities and trade shows

In this role, automation at dairy farms is a part of this job. Helping farmers to use their automation and management system in the most optimal way. Therefore it is important that you have or develop:

* Excellent knowledge of PC, electronics, Herd management systems and software

* High interest, experience and knowledge preferred, and understanding of dairy farming including feeding, dairy design, dairy management

* Experience in using MS-Office programs

* Cooperation with Technical Service Field team to coordinate incoming Intervention requests regarding automation (user's view)

Personal profile:

* Team player and strong personality

* Good communicative skills

* Good organizational skills and the ability to structure your work

* Written and spoken command of English, Dutch. German is an add-on

* Experience in sales preferably with a dealer network. Background in agriculture or chemicals is helpful

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent due to work experience of 5-7 years

* Working experience in Dairy is preferable

* Personality though is more important than many years of working experience

* Field oriented
